Training · Build It Yourself

Everything we build for clients, we teach

Five programmes on one ladder. Free and recorded at the entry, $12,000 for a company cohort of twenty at the top. Every programme ends with a system you built and keep.

SMOrchestra training is a five-programme ladder that takes a beginner from a blank Claude account to an operating system running a real business function. Prices run from free and recorded at the entry level to $12,000 for a company cohort of up to twenty seats, and every programme ends with a working artifact the participant owns.

Training is the Transfer, productised

Every engagement ends with your team running the system. The training engine is that transfer, productised, which is why the curriculum and the client method are the same thing.

That sentence is the whole credibility argument for this page, so here is what it means in practice. A client who buys the flagship at $28,000 gets the GTM Fitness Diagnostic run on their business, one motion routed by evidence, an operating system built across brain, nervous system, and hands, and three enablement sessions in the transfer window. A founder who buys T3 at $6,500 runs the same diagnostic on their own business, routes the same motion, and builds the same operating system, with weekly hot seats instead of a delivery team. The difference is who holds the keyboard.

Every rung ends with an artifact, never a certificate alone. T1 ships a live personal site. T2 ships a working operating system with skills, context, and an MCP connection. T3 ships a running revenue engine with signals wired to real channels. T4 ships a deployed application replacing a real subscription. TC ships a capstone built on the company's own stack and use cases. The artifact is the product. A certificate proves attendance. A running system proves capability, and it keeps working after the cohort closes.

The Curriculum

What the curriculum is made of

ComponentWhat the participant owns at the end
Proven frameworkThe methodology as skills, templates, and commands they run after the cohort ends, not slides they file
Best model per taskModel routing taught as a decision, so participants choose by job rather than by habit
ContextTheir own brain files built during the programme: business, voice, rules, data
Results wiringThe artifact is connected to a real account, a real repo, or a real channel before graduation
Learning systemThe lessons loop taught and running in their own OS from week one
Scoring and validationSelf-scoring rubrics per deliverable, so participants judge their own output without an instructor

The record. The trust-engineering methodology behind T3 was delivered live to a founder audience through the RAKEZ Founder Webinar, a government free-zone partnership. Twenty years across Cisco, Avaya, and Uniphore sits behind the enterprise material, and a VP Sales tour at a US SaaS scaleup sits behind the revenue material.

The Claude-for-Business bar is public, and it is specific. Anthropic formalised the Services Track and Partner Hub of the Claude Partner Network in 2026. Over 40,000 firms applied and over 10,000 consultants earned Claude certification. The public directory lists Select tier and above, and Select requires 10 active certified individuals, 2 joint customers deployed in production in the trailing 12 months, and 1 public customer story (Anthropic). Most firms selling Claude training in this region have not published where they sit against that bar. This page publishes the bar because a buyer can check it.

Mirror

Your team has licences and the output did not change

People are producing faster drafts of the same average work. The one person who is genuinely good at it has become a bottleneck, and when they leave, the capability leaves.

That is prompt theatre, and it is the enemy this entire ladder fights. A prompt library is not a capability.

You areStart atWhy
A professional, a student, or a career changer with a blank Claude accountT1, freeRecorded and self-paced. You publish a website by the end and you know what the tool actually does
An L&D or HR lead running a first adoption push across a departmentT1 for the department, then TCT1 costs nothing and surfaces who is serious. TC then runs T1 to T3 content on your own stack for up to 20 of them
An operator, analyst, or marketer who already uses AI daily and has hit the ceilingT2, $1,450You stop being a user and start being a builder: the brain framework, MCP, skills and plugins, and a shipped OS
A COO or department head who wants one function to run itselfT2, $1,450, then the OS build at $7,500 per processT2 teaches the pattern. If you would rather buy it built, the operating system is $7,500 per process, minimum two
A founder or CRO carrying the pipeline personallyT3, $6,500Twelve weeks, the diagnostic on your business, one motion routed and built live, weekly hot seats on real deals
A technical founder or an operator who shipsT4, $3,500Five weeks. You retire one rented system and own its replacement

Who should not buy training from us. Skip the paid rungs if any of these is true. You want a certificate for a compliance file rather than a working system. You want someone to build it for you, in which case the engagements are the honest route: $28,000 for a revenue engine, $22,000 for a MicroSaaS build, $7,500 per process for an operating system. You cannot give the programme the weekly hours listed below. You are pre-revenue and looking for a business idea, in which case T1 is free and everything above it is early. A red score on the free scorecards routes you away from an install and toward the foundations you need first. The same honesty applies here: a diagnostic that always ends in a pitch is a brochure.

What is different about running this in the Gulf. Cohorts run in English with Arabic support materials and Arabic 1:1 sessions on request. Live sessions sit at 7pm GST on Tuesdays, after work hours across the Gulf, and every session is recorded, so a participant in Riyadh, Amman, or Cairo is not choosing between the cohort and their evening. The content itself is regional rather than translated. Dialect Arabic is the working register for buyer-facing output, because MSA is the language of state television and nobody closes in it. The signal sources, the buying-committee shapes, and the trust cadence taught in T3 come from Gulf deals, not from a US playbook with the currency changed.

Scope

What is not included, per programme

The corporate cohort, priced. $12,000 covers up to 20 seats over 6 weeks, running T1 to T3 content on your company's own stack and use cases, with live sessions, recordings, and a company-specific capstone. Seat 21 and above are $400 each. Twenty seats at $12,000 is $600 a head for six weeks of live training that ends in a system your company keeps.

Questions

Eight questions about the ladder

QuestionAnswer
Do I need to be technical? No for T1, T2, and T3. The operating system handles the complexity; you make the business decisions. T4 assumes you can read a data model and follow a deployment, so a non-technical founder should bring a technical partner or start at T2.
Which programme should I start with?Pick by the artifact you want to be holding at the end. A published website: T1. A working operating system: T2. A deployed application replacing a subscription: T4. A running revenue engine on your own pipeline: T3. No rung requires the one below it.
Is the free course really free?Yes, and it is the full programme, not a sample. T1 is recorded and self-paced, which is what makes free sustainable: zero marginal delivery cost and unlimited reach.
Do you certify participants? No. Certifications in the Claude ecosystem are earned by individuals directly, never issued by a services firm on Anthropic's behalf. What SMOrchestra issues is the artifact you built and the operating system that produced it.
Can my company run one of these privately?Yes. That is TC at $12,000 for up to 20 seats over 6 weeks, delivered on your stack and your use cases, with a capstone built on your own work. Extra seats are $400.
What language do sessions run in?English, with Arabic support materials and Arabic 1:1 sessions on request. Buyer-facing output built during T3 and TC is produced in Gulf dialect Arabic where the client sells in Arabic.
Do training fees credit against a build engagement? No. The 100% credit rule covers the two audits and the two diagnostics only: A1, A2, D1, and D2 credit in full against any engagement started within 60 days. Training is a product you keep, not a deposit.
What if I want it built rather than taught? Then buy the build. A revenue engine is $28,000 over 12 weeks. A MicroSaaS build is $22,000 over 10 weeks. An operating system is $7,500 per process with a two-process minimum. Training and building are the same method in two modes, and the pricing page prices both side by side.
