Receipts · The Units

Two unit definitions that end scope arguments

One engine equals one routed motion, selected by the GTM Fitness Diagnostic from the 13 GTM motions and built as a full operating system. In practice that resolves to one of five families: Signal Inbound, Signal Outbound, Dream 100 / 7-11-4, Heat-to-Webinar, or Trust Authority. A second family is $18,000 rather than $28,000, because the brain, the context, and the tool wiring already exist and are not rebuilt.

One process equals one trigger, one output, one owner. That definition goes in the contract, because per-process pricing invites scope debate and this sentence ends it.

Both definitions are published for one reason: they are the two places where a fixed-price engagement usually turns into an argument, and a buyer who can read the boundary before signing does not have that argument.

The credit-back rule. A1, A2, D1, and D2 credit 100% against any engagement started within 60 days. In practice: the $1,500 revenue audit and the $3,500 architecture sprint credit against F1, F2, or T3. The $2,500 MicroSaaS assessment credits against S2. The $1,500 AI audit credits against S1 or S2. Nothing is repeated inside the engagement that you already paid for in the diagnostic.

Mirror · Routing

Which price is yours

You areBuyWhy
A B2B company above $500,000 annual revenue with a sales teamF1, $28,000One routed motion built as a complete engine, operated live, transferred at week 12
A consultant, coach, trainer, advisor, or boutique agency, founder-led with no sales teamF2, $16,0008 weeks rather than 12, because there is no sales team to enable and one decision-maker to align
A B2B company below the $500,000 floorT3, $6,500You build it yourself with guidance across 12 weeks, and the diagnostic still runs on your business
A company that already owns one engine and wants a second motionF1+, $18,000The brain, the context, and the wiring already exist
A company where one function is the bottleneck rather than revenue overallS1, $7,500 per process, minimum 2One trigger, one output, one owner, transferred in 4 weeks per process
A company renting a system that fits badly and costs a lotS2, $22,000 or D2, $2,500 firstD2 prices the replacement against the subscription before you commit $22,000
A company with an AI mandate and no idea where to startA2, $1,500One day, then you know what is worth systematising, and the fee credits in full
A company that suspects the pipeline runs on effortA1, $1,500One day, then you know which of the four Silent Killers is killing deals, and the fee credits in full
A multi-market or multi-business-unit groupENT, from $65,000, scopedScoped against named markets and units

The eligibility floors, stated plainly. $500,000 annual revenue is the floor for F1. Below it, the routing is T3 or F2. No sales team is the line for F2; the moment a sales team exists it is F1. Two processes is the minimum for S1. A price list with no floors is a price list that takes anybody's money. These floors exist because a $28,000 engagement at $300,000 of revenue is a bad outcome for both sides.

The Comparison

What you are actually comparing us against

What they do todayAnnual costWhat they own after 12 months
Outbound agency retainer, mid-market$48,000 to $120,000, from $4,000 to $10,000 per month (Prospeo, 2026)Nothing. Cancel and the pipeline stops
Fractional CMO, Series A to B$84,000 to $144,000, from $7,000 to $12,000 per month (SaaS Consult, 2026)Nothing. The playbook leaves with them
AI-Native B2B Revenue Engine$28,000 onceThe engine, the OS, and the capability to change it

At $28,000 the flagship costs less than five months of a mid-market agency retainer and it is permanent.

Two more comparison points that a buyer will want and nobody publishes. Pay-per-appointment outbound runs $500 to $1,000 per meeting, and at a 60% show rate a $500 booked meeting costs about $833 per meeting actually held. Outbound setup fees alone run $1,500 to $5,000 one time, which is the price of a full one-day audit that credits back.

Buying in the Gulf, specifically. Prices are published in USD and quoted in USD. Invoicing is issued from Dubai. The buying shape here is worth naming because it changes who reads this page. In family-owned groups the owner signs and the GM executes, so the page has to survive being forwarded: the price, the duration, the eligibility floor, and the not-included list are all visible without an interaction, because the person who signs is often not the person who read the site.

The Rules

What is never on this page

No retainer. No "starting from". No custom quote. No hidden tier.

Every engagement has an end date. That is the whole point. If a transferred client wants ongoing help, they buy a named module with a completion date, priced $6,000 to $15,000, rather than a monthly arrangement that quietly never ends.

How the price changes, and when. An annual price review, with the new price applying to new engagements only, published as a dated price list. The date at the top of this page is the effective date of this list. A price raised quietly, or discounted off list to close a deal, breaks the only thing that makes a published price list worth reading.

Next Step

Start with the cheapest thing that tells you something true

The $1,500 revenue audit is one day, delivered within two business days, and credits 100% against any engagement started within 60 days. If the answer is that you should not buy anything from us yet, the audit says so and you keep the finding.

Run the 1-Day Revenue Audit, $1,500, credited in full within 60 days.

Questions

Eight questions about the price list

QuestionAnswer
Why do you publish prices when almost nobody in this category does?Because a price you have to ask for raises the level of effort, and level of effort is the objection that kills more B2B deals here than price does. A published number lets a buyer decide alone, and it lets a finance lead build a case without a call.
Is any of this a retainer? No. Every price on this page is one time and every engagement has an end date. Continued operation of a transferred engine is available at $6,000 per month, month to month, cancellable at any time, and it is never sold as a default.
Do the audit and diagnostic fees really credit back?Yes, 100%, against any engagement started within 60 days of the audit. The $1,500 audit becomes $0 if you go on to buy a build inside that window.
What is the difference between an audit and a diagnostic? The audits tell you what is wrong and what to do first. The diagnostics tell you exactly what to build, costed and sequenced. A1 is a scored snapshot in one day. D1 is a two-week architecture sprint that ends in a blueprint you could hand to any builder.
Why is a second engine $18,000 rather than $28,000?Because the brain, the context files, and the tool wiring already exist and are not rebuilt. The second engine is a new motion on an existing foundation.
What if my revenue is below $500,000?Then F1 is the wrong purchase and we will say so. The routing is the cohort at $6,500 or the expert engine at $16,000 if you are founder-led with no sales team.
Do you discount? No. The list is the list, and it is dated. A discount off list would mean the published number was never real, which would make this page worthless to the next buyer who reads it.
What is not included in the price, across every engagement?Tool subscriptions and paid media spend, in every case. The client holds and pays for their own accounts, which is what makes the ownership at transfer real rather than nominal.
